Once you install the extension you should see the GMB Categories and audit features on Google Maps, Local Finder and Google search result page.

3. Click on the audit button

Once the Chrome extension is installed, you can go to Google Maps, Local Finder or Google Search 3-pack to find our audit option besides a business listing.

How can I see my account details?

Click on the 'Admin Page' link on the top right of this page. There, if you are not logged in yet, you can see an option to login. Once you login you can see the 'Account Information' on the top right. Clicking on it will show you the account details.

How can I cancel my account renewal?

To cancel your account, you can go to the Click on the 'Admin Page' link on the top right of this page. There, if you are not logged in yet, you can see an option to login. Once you login you can see the 'Account Information' on the top right.

On the popup you can click on 'Membership' and then click on 'Cancel' in the 'Manage Membership' section. This should automatically cancel the membership at the end of the present billing cycle.

Is the category and other audit information recent?

Yes, we collect the information directly from the published business data at that instant. This means that all the data are live ones.
